Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years experience as a Technical Account Manager.
• 1+ years SQL experience.
• Experience using Elasticsearch to debug problems.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Experience creating technical documentation.
• Experience using Jira/Atlassian or other ticketing software.
• Experience using tools like Datadog to monitor system performance.
• Troubleshooting skills for all applications; ability to identify issues and find solutions.
• Critical thinking skills with an aptitude for problem solving.
• Customer Oriented with a friendly, upbeat attitude to effectively build rapport with customers.
• Comfortable using, documenting, debugging, and explaining API use cases internally as well as externally.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact to help field questions, track down processes, and help create technical onboarding documents.
• Assist with onboarding of new MNVO/MNVE partners; create technical onboarding documents and guides.
• Responsible for managing and delivering exceptional ongoing operational support to customers.
• Manage all customer issues and escalations end to end.
• Serve as point of contact for customers; translate and communicate highly technical requests and solutions between customers and the internal team.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and multiple relationships within those accounts.
• Create and document process flows as business processes are created or changed.
