Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
• Onboarding, implementation, project management, or client-facing experience.
• Experience managing a portfolio of clients/projects.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like SalesForce.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products and project management tools (Excel, ShareFile, Confluence, GuideCX).
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Tech-savvy with a strong aptitude for continuous learning.
• Team-oriented with a customer first focus.
• Past remote work experience.
• Legal or Accounting experience and PMP Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Manages client Onboarding experience from enrollment through product adoption.
• Works with clients to confirm data migration requirements and determine project specifications.
• Measures project performance and maintains clear communication with customers.
• Serves as a liaison on data migration, training, and product between company and client.
• Communicates with cross-disciplinary project teams to develop appropriate solutions.
