Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Implementation Specialist.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and configuration.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integration tools (e.g., IntegrationHub, REST APIs).
  • Familiarity with enterprise mobility management (EMM), endpoint protection, or IT service management solutions is a plus.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Responsibilities:
  • Configure workflows, integrate third-party systems, and design scalable solutions within the Zero-Touch Mobility application on ServiceNow.
  • Install and configure the ZTM application, ensuring seamless integration with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Customize workflows according to business requirements and best practices.
  • Implement integrations with external platforms using ZTM connectors.
  • Develop custom UI components, forms, reports, and dashboards to enhance ZTM functionality.
  • Conduct testing and quality assurance, including unit, system, and user acceptance testing.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation and provide post-implementation support.
