Requirements:
- 6+ years of campaign management experience with platforms like Google and Facebook.
- 18+ months of experience managing and mentoring direct reports.
- Experience managing monthly budgets of $200k-$1M.
- Proven ability to create innovative paid media strategies.
- Deep platform knowledge and recent hands-on experience.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and troubleshooting.
- Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid media strategies across platforms such as Meta, Google, Bing, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Independently manage multiple accounts while ensuring campaigns meet client KPIs.
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding performance.
- Analyze data to optimize campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the creative team for effective ad execution.
- Run A/B tests and manage junior team members.
