Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience as an art director, senior concept artist, or lead artist.
• Expert level knowledge of concept art, illustration, UI/UX design, and 3D sculpting.
• Demonstrable mastery of art fundamentals including lighting, form, and composition.
• Expertise with current-gen production tools and graphics engines.
• Strong experience in team workflow planning and task delegation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and positive management track record.
• Excellent knowledge of game development realities and communication skills.
• Passion for games and games as an art form.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, communicate and champion artistic direction for projects across various genres.
• Participate in project pitches, including art direction and client communication.
• Collaborate with management to deliver cohesive art style.
• Directly manage artists and conduct performance evaluations.
• Lead recruitment efforts and make hiring decisions.
• Establish art production pipelines and maintain workflow.
• Provide feedback to ensure consistency in art direction across disciplines.
• Supervise and approve work completed by art teams.
