Requirements:

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience, including campaign strategy, optimization, and performance analysis.
• 2+ years in a leadership role with experience developing talent.
• Proven ability to de-escalate client issues and resolve escalations.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• High-level organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prioritize the retention, satisfaction, and growth of direct team's accounts.
• Act as a strategic advisor for clients by identifying opportunities and executing plans.
• Lead and develop a team of Client Success Managers and Senior Client Success Managers.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and run account team meetings.
• Target a team retention rate of 98% or higher and proactively resolve client concerns.
• Identify revenue growth opportunities to provide additional value to clients.
