Digital Resilience Analyst (Remote)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 3+ years of Project Management experience, ideally within IT or Information Security.
• Proven experience in developing and managing cybersecurity business continuity and recovery policies, standards, and procedures.
• Relevant certifications such as CBCP, CISM, CISA, EDRP, CDRE or similar preferred.
• Proven track record of successful project management.
• Familiarity with data analysis and BCM management tools, PowerBI, Excel, Service Now BCM.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, CMMC, GDPR, HIPAA and other similar compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Create, implement, monitor and assess processes that track compliance with digital resilience (BC/DR) policies and standards.
• Define project plans and identify required resources.
• Conduct regular internal assessments to identify compliance gaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define resiliency measures and address compliance issues.
• Stay up to date and maintain knowledge of changes in cybersecurity resiliency regulations and industry standards.
• Provide training and awareness programs on digital resilience policies and compliance requirements.
• Prepare and present status reports to the team lead.
• Assist with meeting scheduling, agenda creation and follow-up actions for governance meetings.
• Maintain program/project metrics and dashboards.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during maturity assessments.
