Requirements:

• Must have current or previous experience with benefits and implementation processes.
• 7+ years of client relationship, consulting, and implementation experience.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot tables.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with diverse team members.
• Track record of developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• High productivity, reliability, responsibility, and organizational abilities.
• Initiative to meet challenges with resourcefulness and innovative approaches.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of large and complex Health and Welfare new client implementations.
• Serve as a technical expert in key meetings throughout the implementation process.
• Manage and communicate client expectations and potential delivery issues.
• Consult clients on best practices and necessary system changes.
• Act as a coach and mentor for other implementation team members.
• Research and recommend system enhancements based on client needs.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely service delivery.
• Develop strategies to improve client and broker satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends and make recommendations for client services.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
