Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience contributing to data modeling.
• Experience with dbt.
• 3-5 years of experience in developing dashboards and visualizations.
• Passion for understanding business questions and delivering data-driven insights.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to influence VP priorities and company strategy.
• Demonstrated use of quantitative analysis impacting business decisions.
• Strong communication skills for presenting data effectively.
• BS degree in Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics or relevant field.
• Experience in cloud environments such as AWS, GCP is a plus.
• Familiarity with monitoring, observability, log aggregation, or APM market is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Own, operate and maintain the architecture & infrastructure of the data stack (e.g. BigQuery, dbt, Fivetran).
• Ensure that the data needed to understand and serve stakeholders is available, accurate, and accessible.
• Partner with various teams to understand their data needs and identify areas for improvement in the analytics stack.
• Become the go-to expert on data pipeline, tools, and data interpretation.
• Create processes and standard operating procedures for the Data team.
• Establish and maintain best practices for version control, documentation, and testing.
