Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or other GTM Operation roles.
  • Hands-on experience with custom coding and development with HubSpot CRM and APIs.
  • Experience with Python to perform automation tasks.
  • Familiarity with Chilipiper, ZoomInfo, Clay, and Gong is a plus.
  • Proven success in managing data quality programs.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee GTM systems and HubSpot CRM system functionality and data integrity.
  • Customize HubSpot CRM to fit the company's needs.
  • Create and maintain a map of system integrations and data flows.
  • Implement processes such as lead routing with HubSpot CRM and other GTM systems.
  • Manage system administration covering security, user management, and training.
  • Create and manage data enrichment and hygiene practices for HubSpot CRM.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize GTM system processes.
  • Identify opportunities for CRM enhancements.
