  • 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or other GTM Operation roles.
  • Hand-on experience with custom coding and development with HubSpot CRM and APIs.
  • Experience with Python for automation tasks.
  • Familiarity with Chilipiper, ZoomInfo, Clay, and Gong is a plus.
  • Proven success in managing data quality programs.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the functionality and data integrity of the GTM systems and HubSpot CRM.
  • Create and maintain a map of system integrations and data flows.
  • Implement processes like lead routing using HubSpot CRM and other GTM systems (Chilipiper, ZoomInfo, Gong, Clay).
  • Manage system administration, security, and user management.
  • Create and manage data governance practices for HubSpot CRM.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system efficiency.

  • Proactively identify opportunities for CRM enhancements and provide recommendations for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
