Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in retail CPG, preferably in Alternate Channels.
  • Experience managing large retail accounts in brick & mortar and eCommerce.
  • Excellent communication skills—both internally and externally.
  • Experience in strategic planning for growth and expansion of new channels.
  • Ability to manage multiple retailers and internal stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience with wholesale channel and independent customers.
  • Capable of thinking at enterprise level while managing customer details.
  • Interest in health and wellness, personal care, and eCommerce.
  • Experience in the consumer products industry is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate on building and executing a new strategic channel retail go-to-market model.
  • Develop and grow relationships across key decision-makers at key retailers.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Retail to execute retail roadmap and market share growth.
  • Drive progress with marketing for effective merchandising.
  • Manage trade promotions and customer spending in new channels.
  • Manage Wholesale Channel integration into new strategy.
  • Facilitate retail initiatives with internal teams.
  • Manage sales organization collateral and outreach materials.
  • Build and execute business plans for assigned customers.
  • Manage Customer P&Ls to meet revenue objectives.
  • Inform customer forecasts per business plans.
  • Manage third-party services to support retail customers.
  • Collaborate with the International team on strategy decisions.
