Requirements:

Have a proven ability to be a leader on the sales team at a SaaS start-up organization.
Have 10+ years proven experience as an Enterprise Account Executive hitting sales goals.
Experience in implementing a strategic selling process.
Have strong interpersonal skills.
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Have strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and ability to adapt to a growing/dynamic business environment.
Able to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities:

Partner with the sales team to scale an enterprise sales function, including hiring, building, and developing the team.

Liaise with the sales team as the first point of contact as a coach and mentor.
Assist with developing sales team potential along their growth and career path.
Track sales team KPIs (e.g.: pipeline management, daily/weekly activities, etc.)
