Requirements:

• Must be an active, independent California Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
• Hold permanent residence within a state in which Foresight operates (CA residence required for hybrid).
• Must not have opted out from Medicare.
• Must have access to reliable and stable internet and be proficient with technology, including using an EHR and tools like Zoom, Google Suite, and Dayforce.

Responsibilities:

• Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families, either virtually or in-person.
• Conduct assessments, provide diagnoses, and develop treatment plans.
• Complete progress notes and reassess/update treatment plans as clients progress.
• Collaborate with other clinicians and professionals in an interdisciplinary approach to care.
• Maintain client documentation within 72 hours of visits and manage caseload.
