Responsibilities:

• Become familiar with the product and its capabilities, and understand clients' technical challenges.
• Deliver technical demos and respond to technical inquiries including RFIs and RFPs.
• Provide localization and technical support for the sales team and qualify opportunities.
• Work with sales to identify customer pain points and engineer value through technology.
• Support technical sales processes, provide quotes, and proofs of value.
• Produce SOWs with clients and ensure successful onboarding.
• Provide regular feedback to product teams regarding client needs and innovation opportunities.
