Responsibilities:

• Partner with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives in complex engagements to deliver tailored technical solutions.
• Become familiar with the product and client requirements within the first three months.
• Deliver technical demos and prepare responses to technical inquiries.
• Support technical sales processes and assist with deal closures.
• Produce Statements of Work (SOWs) and ensure quality onboarding for clients.
• Provide regular feedback to product teams regarding client needs.
