Responsibilities:

• Keep Team Leads aligned with organizational goals through regular meetings.
• Identify team skill gaps and collaborate with offshore executives for improvement.
• Assist in creating and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Serve as primary escalation for client relationships and issue resolution.
• Manage internal SOC2 audits and operational KPI metrics.
• Handle resource forecasting and cost management for efficiency.
• Ensure accurate offshore reporting and foster a culture of accountability.
