Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams with empathy and mentorship mindsets.
• Minimum 10 years experience with Real-world Embedded Engineering projects.
• Experience implementing engineering processes focused on quality, security, and maintainability.
• 5+ years of professional software development in C/C++, Go, Python, or similar languages.
• 5+ years writing unit, integration, or system level tests.
• Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.) is a plus.
• Understanding of computer science fundamentals in data structures and algorithms.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a high-impact software engineering team responsible for developing embedded software for various devices.
• Conduct code reviews and oversee software architecture.
• Manage projects, ensuring integrations and high engineering standards.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to address customer challenges.
• Instill a culture of continuous improvement and metrics adoption within the team.
