Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of professional design experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web design and UX/UI principles.
• Experience with design systems and large-scale websites.
• Proficiency in responsive, accessible, and mobile-first design.
• Skills in user research, interface design, user testing, and feedback incorporation.
• Expertise in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch.
• Strong experience with CMS platforms like WordPress or Drupal.
• Attention to detail and high-quality work.
• Adept at navigating rapidly-changing startup environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Experience in B2B or SaaS environments is a plus.
• Understanding of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the page design process from brief to execution.
• Work with Product Marketing Managers to transform long-form messaging into page outlines and wireframes.
• Create responsive web designs focused on UX to enhance conversion rates.
• Expand and iterate on existing website design systems and templates.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing.
• Leverage analytics to optimize page performance.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
• Present and justify design decisions and provide feedback.
• Stay updated with web design trends and technologies.
