• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Three plus years of sales experience with account management.
• Proven ability in service, negotiation, and maintaining customer relationships.
• Results-driven with strong planning and organizational skills.
• Good attention to detail and track record in meeting sales goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Stable track record in developing business-to-business relationships.
• Adaptable, resilient, positive risk-taker open to new ideas.
• Team player skilled in building trust with customers and colleagues.
• Innovative problem-solver with the ability to create workable solutions.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision required.
• Must travel more than 50% of the time.

Responsibilities:

• Sell and service eyewear products by managing existing accounts.
• Develop new prospects across various industries.
• Create and execute sales strategies to increase revenue.
• Build strong relationships with customers.
• Represent the eyewear line in all sales activities.
• Work independently while collaborating with team members.
• Understand and resolve customers’ business problems with innovative solutions.
• Maintain knowledge about products and services.
• Communicate customer feedback to the relevant divisions.
• Act as a liaison between customers and VSP departments.
• Utilize sales automation systems for inquiries, records, and reports.
