3+ years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in retail or manufacturing.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant Business field.
Advanced knowledge of the full AP lifecycle, including 3WM and procure-to-pay processes.
Strong technical accounting knowledge and understanding of GAAP standards.
Experience with financial systems and reporting, proficiency in Excel; Oracle Cloud experience is a plus.
Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about process improvements.
Effective communication skills to manage internal and external relationships.

Manage the full AP lifecycle, including high-volume exception invoice processing.
Reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate supplier relations.
Assist with month-end close tasks, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
Identify and communicate discrepancies in invoicing.
Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve system issues.
Participate in UAT for process improvements.
Draft desktop procedures and drive process standardization.
Generate reports and provide analytical insights.
