Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
  • Experience managing an Agile development lifecycle.
  • Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and Jira/TFS.
  • Proficient in gathering requirements and documenting solutions.
  • Experience creating user stories and leading TFS administration.
  • Skills in writing functional test plans and executing system testing.
  • Strong communication skills with technical staff and stakeholders.
  • Help Desk/Tier II experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborating with the customer and Agile team members to analyze requirements.
  • Ensuring clients’ needs and expectations are met in application modernization and O&M.
  • Creating and tracking work items for multiple applications within TFS.
  • Testing multiple applications post-development.
  • Tracking development progress and providing status updates to the PM.
  • Providing Help Desk/Tier II support and routing issues as necessary.
