Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sales Directors to understand prospects' situations and challenges.
  • Lead discovery calls and build product demos that solve problems for potential customers.
  • Provide insights based on experience to improve customers' contact center operations.
  • Drive adoption during proof of values by training managers and users.
  • Translate prospect use cases into tailored technical solutions and demonstrate ROI.
  • Deliver engaging product demos highlighting the value of Cresta's offerings.
  • Run ROI workshops to develop financial business case proposals.
  • Provide feedback to product management on field successes and failures.
