Responsibilities:
  • Support, assist and backup Recruiter Team Leads or Recruiter Trainers throughout the day or while they are out of the office.
  • Effectively prioritize the Team Lead or Trainer’s Travel nurses and match Travel RN’s to appropriate open positions at client facilities.
  • Communicate with Travel RN’s via phone, email, and text.
  • Provide timely and accurate administrative assistance to the team if necessary.
  • Maintain a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strive for continuous improvement and career advancement.
