Requirements:

• 2+ years leading hands-on training of SaaS enterprise-wide software, ideally in healthcare.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence both business and technical individuals.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customers’ training needs.
• Willingness to travel 60%.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the training function for implementations and expansions.
• Develop and execute high quality training content in various formats (in-person, virtual, asynchronous).
• Deliver training during initial rollout and expansion phases.
• Communicate effectively with customers to drive adoption.
• Track attendance and key performance indicators during rollouts.
• Gain mastery in Eleos features to enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create high quality training materials.
• Work with the Training Lead on project timelines and plans.
• Assist customers in resolving issues as they arise.
