• Previous client-facing training experience in the software industry.
• Strong understanding of adult learning concepts and training development techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and teleconferencing solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver quality training to customers based on adult learning principles.
• Determine and adapt individual/group training plans to meet specific business needs.
• Conduct online and onsite training sessions and promote adoption of online courses.
