Requirements:

• At least 2+ years of experience in a Lead role.
• 5+ years of experience in React.js, Redux, Typescript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
• Strong understanding of modern frontend architectures and libraries (e.g., Next.js, Styled Components, Material-UI).
• Strong grasp of UI/UX principles and responsive design best practices.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous programming patterns.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools like Docker.
• Great problem-solving skills, flexible, open-minded with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Bachelor/Master Degree in Computer Science or related topic.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of frontend developers, providing technical direction, mentorship, and support.
• Define and enforce best practices in React development, including coding standards, performance optimization and reusable component architecture.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Research and implement the latest technologies to enhance development efficiency and product quality.
• Design, develop and maintain web applications using Frontend technologies: React.js preferred.
• Review and optimize code for performance, scalability and maintainability.
• Integrate APIs and backend services with frontend components.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to implement innovative solutions.
• Plan, prioritize and manage development tasks to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including QA, UX/UI designers, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Prepare technical documentation and status reports.
• Develop and maintain APIs, microservices and enterprise-level applications.
• Implement secure coding practices to safeguard application data.
• Conduct code interviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to CI/CD practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and production issues promptly.
• Ensure applications meet performance benchmarks and security standards.
