Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B product marketing with a demonstrated track record of strong performance.
  • Experience at SaaS or technology-enabled services at high-growth companies is preferred.
  • Experience in creating and executing go-to-market strategies for new product launches or major updates, including positioning and promotional tactics.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product strategy and execute impactful initiatives.
  • Knowledge of customer journey mapping, funnel optimization, and tactics to improve conversion rates across the lifecycle.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging tailored to different personas and segments.
  • Strong analytical ability with the ability to analyze marketing performance metrics, identify trends, and translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience in marketing automation and CRM platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or similar tools.
Responsibilities:
  • Bring Design Pickle products and features to market by collaborating cross-functionally to build and execute go-to-market strategies that drive engagement and revenue expansion across the customer lifecycle.
  • Develop and refine messaging and positioning strategies for Design Pickle products and services, ensuring consistent alignment with company tone and voice.
  • Partner with the broader Marketing team to build and execute multi-channel demand generation programs (email, paid ads, SEO, etc.) that fuel lead acquisition and pipeline growth.
  • Analyze the performance of campaigns across the marketing funnel, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct market research to identify customer pain points, competitive dynamics, and emerging trends to inform product and marketing strategies.
  • Leverage customer feedback to create case studies, testimonials, and other materials that enhance client engagement and drive product adoption.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align product strategies with marketing initiatives and deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate on the creation of content strategies that support growth marketing efforts, including thought leadership, customer education, and lead nurturing.
