• 2–4 years of experience in channel management, sales, business development, or sales/revenue operations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce for managing sales and partner relationships.
• Desire to expand knowledge in Salesforce's operational capabilities.
• Resourceful problem-solver and self-starter in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Focus on key strategic channel partners aligned with HYPR’s goals.
• Assess inbound activity from new potential partners and work with leadership for inclusion in the partner program.
• Build and maintain relationships with channel partners through regular communication.
• Serve as the liaison between partners and internal teams for go-to-market strategies.
• Assist sales in measuring partner-focused efforts.
• Collaborate on co-marketing campaigns and partner training.
• Track partner performance using KPIs and support operational improvements.
