Responsibilities:

• Define the product direction and strategy for product areas you own.
• Understand customers, products, and competitors to identify needs and opportunities.
• Lead the product team to design, build, and launch features that solve customer problems.
• Own the end-to-end customer experience and drive improvements in product solutions.
• Define product metrics and set ambitious targets for the team.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to address customer needs.
