Requirements:

• 4+ years experience in a Product Designer role at SaaS companies.
• Demonstrated ability to define a customer-centric UX that balances product priorities, technical constraints, and UX simplicity.
• Exceptional skills in product design, from strategic direction to UX design details.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills, with a willingness to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Ability to deliver refined designs under rapid iteration.
• Proven bar raiser with high-quality design sense that drives user engagement and improves customer NPS.
• Experience in using Figma for product design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for design decision communication.
• Act as a product owner, generating insights and influencing feature direction.

Responsibilities:

• Own the customer experience for substantial existing and new parts of Aspire.
• Understand customers, products, and competitors to identify needs and opportunities.
• Translate complex requirements into intuitive, beautiful interfaces and workflows.
• Lead product thinking with design frameworks, information architecture diagrams, wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
• Conduct user research to identify pain points, priorities, and inform design decisions.
• Contribute to product strategy through customer research and design explorations.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams for meaningful product changes.
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience teams for feedback.
