Requirements:
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 1 year in high-volume or high-growth recruiting environments.
  • Experience in in-house healthtech or healthcare recruitment preferred, with agency background as a plus.
  • Proven success in managing high-volume recruitment with a strong focus on sourcing and engaging candidates for healthcare.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Suite and experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred).
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for Case Managers, Community Engagement Specialists, and Community Health Workers, including sourcing, phone screening, interview coordination, and offers.
  • Collaborate closely with the Recruiting Coordinator, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to understand the requirements of each role and ensure alignment with Pair Team’s mission and culture.
  • Develop creative and effective sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for high-volume roles.
  • Refine and optimize hiring processes using data-driven insights.
  • Serve as an advocate for Pair Team’s mission, values, and culture, and maintain candidate pipelines in Greenhouse ATS.
