Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in a Services Delivery role dealing with complex implementation projects.
• Track record of delivering on PS revenue targets.
• Direct experience in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, or Cloud.
• Proven ability to communicate across multiple groups.
• Strong presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience in a client support and advisory technical role is a bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Be a project management expert on all aspects of the Snowflake implementation and various project types.
• Provide delivery quality oversight and guidance for Snowflake engagements.
• Own and manage the operational relationship with assigned clients.
• Manage key client projects, communicating effectively on status and goals.
• Proactively provide input into the development of policies and standards.
• Integrate industry knowledge into practical solutions.
• Facilitate practice area enablement and support sales.
• Work with customers, system integrators, and technology vendors.
• Provide guidance on resolving customer-specific project challenges.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing.
