• Proficiency in using Mac OS for managing files and basic troubleshooting.

• Independently manage and execute multiple impactful programs across departments.
• Maintain and update operations documents to reflect program progress.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to gather inputs for successful program execution.
• Proactively communicate blockers or delays to keep programs on track.
