Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development within the life sciences or academic research sector.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of life sciences products and research methodologies, with a focus on mRNA and enzymes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with researchers and institutions.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
• Drive new customer acquisition and product adoption.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers.
• Maintain deep understanding of product portfolio and communicate product features.
• Conduct presentations that demonstrate value to customers.
