• Familiarity with cloud-based VoIP solutions, preferably AWS or similar.
• Advanced understanding of VoIP hardware, software, PBX systems, softphones, and gateways.
• Experience with system performance monitoring tools tailored for VoIP.
• Proficient in UNIX/Linux-based environments and scripting.
• Excellent analytical skills focused on VoIP system security.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in creating comprehensive VoIP architecture diagrams and documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement VoIP system architecture, ensuring smooth integration with current telecommunication infrastructures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and create VoIP architecture solutions.
• Maintain standards, documentation, and best practices for VoIP architecture and integrations.
• Configure, test, and optimize VoIP solutions, including hardware and third-party systems.
• Identify and resolve VoIP-related performance issues proactively.
• Lead deployment of advanced VoIP features like call routing and unified communications.
• Evaluate emerging VoIP technologies for scalability and reliability improvements.
• Implement security measures to protect VoIP systems from cyber threats.
• Train and mentor internal teams on VoIP integration practices.
