Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role.
• Innovative can-do attitude with problem-solving skills.
• Extensive experience in NLP, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and data preprocessing.
• Expertise in Transformer models (BERT, GPT-4, T5) and LLMs (Gemini, Llama3, Mistral).
• Proficient in model training, fine-tuning, and performance evaluation.
• Strong foundation in machine learning concepts with skills in Python, C/C++, PyTorch, TensorFlow.
• Experienced in data sourcing, transformation, and preparation.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Own and develop AI capabilities and vision to build an innovative Data Platform.
• Develop, implement, and optimize AI-driven chatbots and automation solutions for stakeholders.
• Leverage AI and MLE for data discovery and innovative insight generation.
• Identify process bottlenecks and create tools for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Translate technical constraints and processes for diverse audiences.
• Improve frameworks, tools, and processes while adopting industry best practices.
