Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role.
• Innovative problem-solving attitude, capable of addressing issues independently.
• Extensive experience in NLP, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and data preprocessing.
• Expertise in Transformer models (BERT, GPT-4, T5) and LLMs (Gemini, Llama3, Mistral).
• Proficient in model training, fine-tuning, and performance evaluation with techniques like regression, classification, clustering, time-series forecasting, and anomaly detection.
• Strong foundation in machine learning concepts and advanced skills in Python, C/C++, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SaaS platforms (Flask, APIs).
• Experienced in data sourcing, transformation, and preparation.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Own and develop AI capabilities and vision to build an innovative Data Platform.
• Develop, implement, and optimize AI-driven chatbots and automation solutions for stakeholders.
• Leverage AI and MLE for engaging tooling in data discovery and insight generation.
• Identify process bottlenecks and create tooling for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Interact with internal stakeholders, translating technical and business needs.
