Sr. Data Analyst - Product Analytics

Requirements:

• Several years of experience in a business and/or product analytics role.
• Experience building reports and dashboards using BI tools like Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Solid understanding of SQL, Python, and other analytics programming languages.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, visual) and storytelling skills.
• Experience working with diverse business teams including product development is desirable.
• Passion for seeking insights and telling stories with data.
• Readiness to learn new technologies and systems.
• Familiarity with the financial industry is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product, engineering and business partners to understand data needed for product design and prioritization.
• Assess data availability and quality and work with data engineers for data extraction and transformation.
• Analyze and visualize data to generate actionable insights for business partners.
• Present findings and recommendations to business partners.
• Enable self-service monitoring of key metrics through dashboards, documentation, and training.
