Requirements:

• Must have 10+ years of experience in product leadership focused on software applications.
• Proven track record as product leader in a successful B2B SaaS / Cloud software business.
• Prior experience developing products for SMB in the revenue cycle space.
• Experience with Design Systems & Microservice architecture is a plus.
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Flexible and creative thinking to define business trade-offs and generate solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Own and drive evolution of Tebra’s Billing product portfolio with a 3-year strategic vision.
• Lead product roadmapping, prioritization, and strategy execution;
• Act as the voice of the user by leveraging data and customer research.
• Partner with engineering and cross-functional leaders to guide product strategy.
• Attract, build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product management team.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative culture.
