Requirements:
  • 9+ years of relevant experience including SEC reporting and public accounting.
  • Deep technical accounting knowledge of SEC regulations and US GAAP.
  • Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt in fast-paced environments.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
Responsibilities:
  • Own and lead the preparation and submission of SEC filings (10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks).
  • Participate in decision-making for financial and non-financial disclosures.
  • Analyze comments from various stakeholders including the Disclosure Committee.
  • Perform research and prepare technical accounting memos.
  • Prepare materials for Executive Leadership and Audit Committee meetings.
  • Own key internal controls over financial reporting.
  • Implement process improvements and automation in reporting.
