Requirements:
- 8+ years in Marketing, Product, or CRM roles with expertise in CRM tools, Marketing Tech, and enterprise-level systems integration.
- Strong understanding of marketing channels and expertise in Marketing Operations and MarTech.
- Proven track record of developing scalable automation, personalization, and data integrity.
- Ability to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and develop roadmaps.
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating across teams.
- Leadership skills for coaching and developing teams.
- Willingness to work from 2 AM - 11 AM PH time.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the CRM vision and roadmap for CRM capabilities, enabling efficient best-in-class CRM campaigns.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Analytics teams to identify opportunities for improved customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Serve as a technical leader for CRM, managing Product & Engineering requests.
- Develop processes, training, and documentation for CRM Operations team.
- Improve internal tools and processes to ensure personalized customer content.
- Advise senior leadership on CRM-related topics and business needs.
