Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Marketing Operations experience with a deep technical understanding of Marketo.
  • Understanding of B2B sales and marketing funnels and processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for lead handoff issues.
  • Experience with marketing tech stack: CRM (Salesforce preferred), web chat (Qualified preferred), CDP (Segment preferred), and enrichment tools (Clearbit, ZoomInfo).
  • Experience with Marketo to Salesforce custom integrations and API webhooks.
  • Strong familiarity with marketing initiatives such as lead ingestion and enrichment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Own and influence Twilio’s implementation of lead scoring.
  • Govern lead routing and lead flow to Sales.
  • Document lead management processes and technologies.
  • Implement and administer marketing technologies focusing on demand creation.
  • Manage integration between Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Optimize marketing technology stack including Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Ensure data collection is accurate and maintains privacy standards.
  • Build relationships with marketing and cross-functional stakeholders.
