Responsibilities:
  • Manage the MM & SMB SE team, focusing on enhancing the efficiency of presales activities and onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and customer success teams to develop strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor MM and SMB deals for successful execution and risk management.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders across customer organizations.
  • Oversee RFP preparation and completion.
  • Track KPIs for the LATAM team to ensure performance aligns with organizational goals.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members for process improvement.
  • Navigate complex project challenges for timely solution delivery.
