Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree.
• 6+ years of experience in solution engineering, technical sales, or similar roles within SaaS companies.
• Strong technical background in web infrastructure, web analytics, and data management.
• Proven experience with CRM and integration (Salesforce, Hubspot).
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (JS/HTML/CSS).
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to develop strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Capable of thriving in fast-paced environments and solving complex challenges creatively.
• Experience managing a remote team and fostering collaboration.
• Quick learner, passionate about technology, with a preference for a 'launch fast and iterate' approach.
• Mentorship skills to guide talent in making optimal decisions.
• Preferred experience in international settings, especially with Eastern Europe teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the MM & SMB SE team, focusing on enhancing the efficiency of presales activities and onboarding processes.
• Collaborate closely with sales and customer success teams to develop strategies that drive revenue growth.
• Monitor MM and SMB deals for successful execution and risk management.
• Maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders across customer organizations.
• Oversee RFP preparation and completion.
• Track KPIs for the LATAM team to ensure performance aligns with organizational goals.
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members for process improvement.
• Navigate complex project challenges for timely solution delivery.
