Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree.
  • 6+ years of experience in solution engineering, technical sales, or similar roles within SaaS companies.
  • Strong technical background with experience in web infrastructure, web analytics, and data management.
  • Proven CRM and integration experience (Salesforce, Hubspot).
  • Familiarity with front-end development technologies (JS/HTML/CSS).
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and solve complex technical challenges creatively.
  • Adept at managing a (remote) team and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Experience in international settings, especially with teams in Eastern Europe, is preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the MM & SMB SE team, focusing on enhancing the efficiency of presales activities and the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and customer success teams to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and provide close oversight on MM and SMB deals to ensure successful execution and risk management.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders across customer organizations.
  • Oversee the preparation and completion of RFPs.
  • Track and monitor KPIs for the LATAM team to ensure performance aligns with organizational goals.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members, focusing on continuous improvement of processes and tools.
  • Navigate complex project challenges to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
