Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree.
  • 6+ years of experience in solution engineering, technical sales, or similar roles within SaaS companies.
  • Strong technical background in web infrastructure, web analytics, and data management.
  • Proven CRM and integration experience (Salesforce, Hubspot).
  • Familiarity with front-end development technologies (JS/HTML/CSS).
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and creatively solve complex challenges.
  • Adept at managing a (remote) team and promoting a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the MM & SMB SE team to enhance presales activities and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams for revenue growth.
  • Monitor MM and SMB deals for successful execution and risk management.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders across customer organizations.
  • Oversee preparation and completion of RFPs.
  • Track KPIs for the LATAM team to ensure performance aligns with goals.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members for process improvement.
  • Navigate complex project challenges for timely solution delivery.
