Requirements:

• 5 Years experience in Data Analytics.
• Proficiency in Data Analysis Tools such as Excel, Tableau, SQL, or Python.
• Knowledgeable in Data Management tools and data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent organizational skills, including project and timeline management.
• Experience with finance analytics and engagement with RevOps and Product Data analytics teams.
• General understanding of Financial Metrics, Accounting, and FP&A responsibilities.
• Experience working across cross-functional data analytics teams.
• Experience with GTM and Sales Tools like Salesforce.
• Experience in a high growth tech start-up.
• Proficient in both English and Russian languages.

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage main Revenue metrics of the company - ARR, Run Rate, Processing Volumes.
• Gut, redevelop, maintain and improve complex ARR algorithm.
• Manage Financial Analytics Tools, primarily using Tableau, Salesforce, and Google Sheets.
• Own Financial Dashboards including KPI Dashboards and leadership dashboards.
• Support FP&A team in external financial reporting like cohort and net retention analysis.
• Assist with finance-related data hygiene, alignment, and reconciliation across tools.
