Requirements:

• 5 Years experience in Data Analytics.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, SQL, or Python.
• Knowledge in data management tools (DBMS) and data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent organization and project management skills.
• Experience with finance analytics and collaboration with cross-functional analytics teams.
• General understanding of financial metrics and FP&A responsibilities.
• Experience with GTM and Sales Tools (Salesforce).
• Background in a high growth tech start-up.
• Proficient in both English and Russian.

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage main Revenue metrics like ARR, Run Rate, Processing Volumes.
• Redevelop and maintain the complex ARR algorithm.
• Manage financial analytics tools primarily using Tableau, Salesforce, and Google Sheets.
• Oversee financial dashboards for KPI tracking.
• Support FP&A in external financial reporting and data analysis.
• Ensure data hygiene and alignment across financial tools.
