Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience as an IT professional.
  • 4+ years of experience in an IT leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing, coaching, and developing IT teams.
  • Experience building and scaling IT processes with automation.
  • Robust understanding of IT systems and operations processes.
  • Experience with remote team collaboration tools and applications.
  • Strong knowledge of MDM best practices and hands-on experience with devices.
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of security and access management principles.
  • Basic understanding of key enterprise applications is beneficial.
  • Ability to provide hands-on support and manage multiple projects.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high performing and distributed team of IT professionals.
  • Develop and promote IT standard operating procedures and runbooks, as well as key metrics and incident management.
  • Select, implement and maintain tools for IT operations efficiencies while solving impactful opportunities for automation.
  • Engage stakeholders to understand needs and securely implement corporate applications.
  • Manage hardware inventory, installation of cloud-based applications, and ensure balance of hardware & licenses.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and future-proof integrations.
  • Maintain reliable operation of computer systems and collaboration tools.
  • Implement data protection and disaster recovery processes.
  • Build and report on team OKRs and roadmaps.
  • Champion IT internal customer service.
