Requirements:

5+ years of experience in Trade Promotion Management.
Experience in deductions, collections, reconciliations, and general trade finance.
Experience with TPM software is advantageous.
Technical prowess with SaaS products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and G-Suite.
Experience working in a startup and comfortable with change.
Impeccable oral and written communication skills.
Background or education in Accounting.
Proficient in written, read, and spoken English.

Responsibilities:

Work alongside the AR Manager to build a scalable platform that drives deductions reconciliation forward, specifically identifying trends and opportunities for clients.
Identify unauthorized expenses by following set procedures.
Develop standard operating procedures for various aspects of the department.
Identify areas of improvement and make recommendations to enhance the deduction process.
Assist with ad hoc analysis and reporting.
Accept responsibility for organizational goals by taking ownership of new duties and identifying new opportunities.
