Requirements:
  • Extensive Hubspot CRM experience in system administration, workflow automation, and data management.
  • Experience supporting complex B2B sales processes and pipeline management.
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics and operational analytics.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable processes.
  • Experience with sales technology stack administration.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience driving process adoption across diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or related field.
  • Interest in climate is a plus!
Responsibilities:
  • Own end-to-end Hubspot administration, including system configuration, integrations, workflows, and data quality standards.
  • Conduct regular system audits and implement cleanup initiatives.
  • Identify & implement opportunities for improved automation in sales processes.
  • Create and maintain real-time dashboards for pipeline and performance reporting.
  • Act as central coordinator between business lines for sales initiatives.
  • Develop a comprehensive Hubspot training program and documentation.
  • Standardize onboarding processes for sales tools.
  • Manage Apollo system administration and usage.
  • Coordinate pitch material organization and updates with Marketing.
  • Triage & support prioritization of cross-functional sales <> marketing requests.
